By way of an introduction:
I started this profile on Deviant Art to gather examples of artwork that I believe might be made illegal under the proposed 'extreme pornography' law in the uk, and hopefully to get support from some of the artists and models here to oppose the laws, and stop them from being enacted.
The law is intended to cover 'necrophilia' and 'realistic depictions' of 'acts that appear to be life threatening' or 'likely to result in serious disabling injury', 'in a sexual context' (among other things).
Because the law is quite vaguely defined, if it comes to be enforced it may well be stricter than deviant art policy, and some of the pictures I've added to my favourites will probably be illegal to possess.
If you don't want to be associated with this cause, for whatever reason, then please let me know and I will remove you from my favourites.
